Every sponsor relationship should be established through written agreements that identify authority, economics, responsibilities, conflicts and reporting expectations.

Imperial Vantage LLC

Imperial Vantage LLC operates the Prime Integro Fund platform, owns the platform brand and serves as its initial sponsor and co-sponsor participant. Its role in any particular offering depends on the governing and offering documents for that mandate.

Dedicated entities

A specific investment program may use a dedicated general partner, manager, issuer, limited partnership or special-purpose vehicle. Platform participation does not make Imperial Vantage LLC the automatic GP, manager or adviser of every program.

Clearly allocated sourcing, diligence and execution responsibilities
Documented governance and approval rights
Transparent sponsor economics and expense allocation
Defined reporting, conflicts and removal provisions
Offering-level disclosure of all material relationships
