1. Platform operator
Imperial Vantage LLC owns and operates the Prime Integro Fund brand and platform. Platform expenses, agreements and activities should be maintained in its own books and records.
2. Sponsor and GP layer
Each mandate identifies its actual sponsor, co-sponsor, GP or manager. A dedicated GP should exercise only the authority granted under its governing documents.
3. Issuer layer
Each fund, limited partnership or SPV maintains separate governing documents, subscriptions, bank and custody accounts, financial records and investor obligations.
4. Service-provider layer
Fund administrators, technology platforms, counsel, accountants, banks, custodians and marketplaces act under their own agreements and professional responsibilities.
5. Investor pathway
Prospective and existing investors are directed separately to Penacle Capital for qualification, offering access and investor-portal services.
